66 Years of Excellence
Hemet Escrow Company Inc. was founded in 1956 and has provided escrow services in the Hemet-San Jacinto Valley. In July 1992 the Partnership of McIntyre & Hyatt took over the operation of the Company, in 1994 the ownership was given approval by the California Department of Corporations to change ownership to the McIntyre & Hyatt Partnership. In July 2019 Michael & Nancy McIntyre became the sole owners of the Company.
Focusing on Escrow
After the acquisition of the Company, the Partnership sold their other business, Hemet Escrow Company has focused on providing high-quality escrow services to the Hemet-San Jacinto community.
Strong Ties to the Area
Not only is the company connected to Hemet through escrow services, but also by ties created in 1886 when Mike McIntyre’s ancestors bought land and settled in what is now Hemet. As we approach our 70th anniversary as a company, we couldn’t be more proud to serve you and the community!
